En teoria se pueden hacer escenarios.
En realidad esto va a ser casi imposible hacer el tipo de escenarios posibles con Civ2.
- No hay eventos
- No se puede levantar el "fog of war"
- No se puede establecer condiciones diplomaticas
- No se puede editar ciertas caracteristicas de las ciudades.
Alguna limitante mas??
Pero a mi en lo personal me gusto mucho PTW para single-player...
