cannot ascend?

Ok, I don't know what's going on. I have completed the Voice of the Planet, and then I get that series of Plantet Interludes or whatever, that say "what are we waiting for". So I figure, I should start building the Ascent to Transcendence. Ok, well I can't find it anywhere. It's not in the list of things to be manufactured. I'm on research Trancendent Thought 23 or something, yet I'm still not able to build the ascent to transence secret project! am I missing something?

No sense continuing if the Project isn't coming up after you build the Voice. In the game's settings, do you have the "Transcendance Victory" option on?

That was odd.... no victory settings were enabled.. although when I started I remember setting all of them !! oh well, I cheated to enable trancendent victory and then won.. my empire was so great, it took 2 turns to finish the ascent =p those gians never stood a chance...

whew, now i can move on...
