Leon and Avila gold can be delivered next turn to Greater Naples thanks to ship chain
The Gems can be delivered this turn to Nanking (demanded) but would leave unescorted transport in Nanking waters, or could be delivered to Canton (undemanded) this turn with transport ending in Freeport.

All other freights are currently stranded in St Praski, and at least 4 turns from Japan with loss of transport.

A couple of points of interest:
Silver (only Chii) - demanded by Canton and Nagoya- good use of return transports from Greater Naples
Spice (only High Tower, Cremona) - demanded by CAPITOL, Osaka and Xinjian
Coal (only Rabbitton, Port Easton) - demanded by CAPITOL and virtually every AI city
Dye (only Kerman) - demanded by Cadiz and many AI cities
Wine (Naples, Quinsay, Kerman, Kazan) again, could be a use for the return trip (CAPITOL also can produce Wine)
Wool (only Vigo, Obladi) - demanded by Nanking, Girba and Oea (both Cart cities),

since we have nearly 3k gold (when/why was the tax rate changed???), we could rush freights in some of those cities before supply changes with growth and get some rather nice delivery payoffs. If we wait to build those freights naturally, the some or all of those commodities may not be available anywhere in our empire.
