Would NASCAR sound good?  I assume it has to be good as Disparat called it a game for rednecks.

Yes, Playstation 2 only at the moment, although Konami have started to release a few more games for the PC recently so you may see a PC version of PES2 one day.

Great game. Skid Vicious, Helen Wheels, heck even Bernie Rubber produced loads of entertainment.
Another good PC racing game is Whiplash.
