Foreign Minister Report: Vikings & China
We made peace with China.

Vikings- Republic, 887 gold, Cap: Trondheim, and researching: Medicine (still?!?) Receptive and at peace with us, and allied with the Mongolians, Celts, and Carths, and no new techs.

China- Republic, 2043 gold, Cap: Beijing, and researching: Explosives. Receptive with us, at peace with us and allied with the Japs, and have Guerrilla Warfare.
