since most of the times people dont take us up on the store discount offers, volunteers will get a big thank you note personally typed by MarkG

The only location I can think of is the "attach file" area of the "post reply" screen, but that seems to only have:

I used to pronounce it "giff", but for the past couple years or so I've been pronouncing it "jiff", since that's how all those experts on techTV pronounce it.
