I haven't ever been to a turn-chat and I only DL the save about once a month. (Both owing to the fact I am doing this at work)

A DoS doesn't need to be at a turnchat (it's always nice if a director can attend, but it's perhaps least necessary for DoSE and DoS).
You do need to keep current on what techs we can go for, though, so you can post accurate polls.
