I don't think so- but all of his assistants at Firaxis have- in fact, even Michael Ely, author of Centauri Dawn has posted here.
However, I think that Sid meier may have participated in one forum-sponsored chat- although Don't quote me on that.

I remember when many were allegeding that yin26 was Sid. It became a crescendo when he made reference to a golf game before Sid announced SimGolf. It was certainly an interesting thought.
