whenever install it, it wont run the game anymore and i have to reinstall and use 1.01 which cant be used on the internet can some1 helpme?

Let me be the first to ask if you've got a warzed copy of PTW.
What exactly doesn't work? What kind of computer do you have?
If you've got a legit copy, try uninstalling everything(CIV, that is), not just PTW. Then reinstall.

Which version of the patch did you download? As MattH hints above, there are differences.
