sorry about the long break in info.... i guess your right stefan, however as im limited to 7 civs its difficult...iv already used up all available civs and even had to use barbarians as neutrals. i guess i could just incorporate turkey and iran into the neutral civ aswell.
basically the war had not gone so well(as it did in reality) for the western allies and they pulled out of the war in 1946 signing an armistace agreement with germany. meanwhile the war with the soviets continued. the scenario begins with the creation of israel in 1948 as usuall. the thing i think is very exciting is having nazi germany and israel in the same timeline! how would nazi germany react to a jewish state?! this is the best way i could think of doing this. ofcourse the scenario is not centered only on this.
ill be finished soon but im trying to solve a big problem....the civ2 AI is very very very very very easy to beat unless of course ur playing with one city. im using the events file etc.. to try and get around this problem.
does anyone have any other ideas to get round this problem??
btw, thanks for the help!

That would be much more accurate.

BTW, the scenario topic is quite interesting. I mean, the "What if Germany had won" thing is quite common, but I've never seen a scenario which asks the question about Israel.

OK, thanks. well in this scenario germany didnt win, it just didnt lose and the allies werent prepared to suffer the neccessary casualties.... they made territorial gains in france and italy just not substantial enough to cause germany to collapse. therfore they signed a peace treaty in 1946. this changes the complection of the war with the ussr, germany has more of a chance to withstand the russian attack. the only thing i changed here from actual history is the fact that the uk,usa signed a peace treaty with nazi germany instead of demanding unconditional surrender as they did.
btw, japan was also defeated as it was in reality and lost all its gains in asia.

I don't like what I see in the map.
