Anything with "Crayon Shinchan" in the title....or anything associated with him!
BTW, it'll be in Japanese.

There are quite a number of Chinese songs that are good. Look for the singers Anita Mui, Roman, Michael Kwan, George Lam, Jacky Cheung, and Sally Yeh. Most of their stuff is pretty good.

You might go for the French band Téléphone (La Bombe humaine, Un autre monde are their most famous songs) : many words, yet a tolerably modern tune (80's).
If you want songs purely oriented towards words, try Georges Brassens (Le Gorille, Les Copains d'Abord) or Jacques Brel (Le Port d'Amsterdam, Ne Me Quitte Pas)
I'd not advise Rammstein, because there aren't enough words. In German, I'd advise Freundeskreis (Esperanto), who are much more verbose.

These are almost entirely pop. Mein Bester Freund and Millionäre sound a capella, but they're also pop.
Ayumi Hamasaki - Daybreak, M (others as well, those are my faves)
Hikaru Utada - Colors, I Love You, Sakura Drops (others also; she's the one who sings both the eng and jap versions of the Kingdom Hearts theme; attends Columbia)
Mika Nakashima - Resistance
Lena Park - Ggoom Ae (you might find this under the title "Dream"; there is an english version as well)
Yoo Seung Jun - Kawi, Chatkil Barae
SES - Dreams Come True (english version exists), Nuhruhl Saranghae
FinKL - Blue Rain, Gido
Die Prinzen - Alles Nur Geklaut, Bombe, Du mußt ein schwein sein, Millionäre, Mein Bester Freund (these might be funnier if you know german)
Die Ärzte - Manchmal, Männer sind Schweine
===
Other:
Classics -
Falco - Rock Me Amadeus
Nena - Irgendwo Irgendwann Irgendwie, 99 Luftballoons
TV / Games -
Love Hina - Winter Wish
Cowboy Bebop (Yoko Kanno) - Real Folk Blues
Suikoden III - Exceeding Love

Yoko Kanno - Inner Universe (Russian)
It's the theme tune to Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, if that makes it easier to find (assuming you even want to get it in the first place )

Britney Spears - Hit Me Baby One More Time
Hmm...
One of my online friends is nuts about Unsterblich by the Toten Hosen.
Classical-wise, you could always go for Verdi's Anvil Chorus, Orff's O Fortuna.
