I always found it strange that I got better midpriced sushi in chicago than I do here in NYC... the miracle of refrigeration.

We have Lake Michigan, its close enough.
I used to sail on Long Island Sound and fish for Blues though, so to me its not quite the same.

Yeah, you are right, his business partners were from NY. I though he had his main run in NYC (for his show) but it was maily in Europe.
