SUPREME MILITARY COMMANDER REPORT: 1888

Esteemed president Ixnay: Below I provide my suggestions regarding military deployment and naval upgrades.

Calvary in Pamplona:

Wait for barbs to get 1 square from Railroad,
then smite barbs. Don't worry about leader, smite the leader. Let them pay for the stain on our honour.

New fighter to replace destroyed fighter in Kazan continent. We might want to rush.

Cartenna: rush citywall.

rest fighter, then patrol to keep out spies.

Only 6 non-transport naval units!!

Add 2 to build queue, rush AEGIS in construction.
Build transports as recommended by the honourable minister of trade.

All citizen kibitzing shall take place in the space below.

would be 104 gold to rush the AEGIS in Cremona - can do , the one in Valencia will be built this turn anyway. Both city walls are preliminarily scheduled for rush - did you have another city for city walls? Also, do you have a preference for where to build the other military units? Marketplace in Quinsay is intended to get the city larger as it is nearing its unit support max. Harbor in Naples could get the city to 8 so that we could use another forest. Marketplace in Kazan is also intended for growth since if the mongols land on the mines, production drops to 0 there. Once the cities have a couple more workers, we can support a larger military there. 23 (22 support) units for 6 cities (after the 3 proposed builds) is a lot for a democracy, especially when there is only 1 city over size 5.

We can change Panama Canal post-harbor to an AEGIS (from freight - dye from there could be worth something). Any other wishes?

I don't really care what city the fighter on Kazan continent comes from, so long as we build one. It's nice to have, given the aggressiveness of the Mongols.

After that, we will need no more troops.

All those calvary really add up, eh?
