Dear Lemurians,
this election is to vote for the resigned Minister of Domestic Affairs MrBaggins, the elected person will run for the reminder of the term
The only person running for this office is Tamerlin.
Therefore the poll will be only a Yes/No/Abstain-poll, with the meaning:
Yes = You want Tamerlin to become an elected Minister of Domestic Affairs
No = You reject Tamerlin as a Minister of Domestic Affairs
Abstain = You don't care.

I would like to thank all the citizens that have already given me their support in this election.
Though you all know I am a strong advocate of peace I assure you that through the management of our production I will give our armies the support and reinforcements they need to wage and win the current war thus respecting your will.
I believe you, as citizens, need to be regularly informed about the state of our nation and its cities. Between each Turn Chat, I will post a state of Lemuria (through the Turn Chat Threads or separate ones) which will detail our future production, the growth of our cities along with suggestions that will be opened to discussions and polls.

I am afrait Locutus is still ill, so he won't do anything, until he is back officially. Alternativly you could ask Ming to do it.
