Absolutely... must start a thread for that game.
Same time as last week, or earlier if everyone can make it.

Except possibly for young Groening and his rellies.
Nice avoidance of a split infinitive, BTW.

More likely it's Groening's shiftless cousin or something...I don't think his kids are that old...he's not much older than I am.
And for an early peek at his career, see the weekly strip he used to do called "Life in Hell".
Great stuff.

Can we do better this week? So many games at an interesting stage.

Perhaps it would have been easier had he walked before the umpire said" not out"

So,
Hydey, you not showing tonight? Is that what your earlier post meant - no civ at all this weekend inc Friday night?
Therefore, as I understand it we have for tonight:
AH, Trev, finbar, deity, SRH (hopefully)
That means we could play that new 5 way we started?

That was his mistake - you don't wait for the umpire's decision if you are going to walk

He didn't wait for the ump's decision before walking. He was looking for where the ball went. By the time he'd discovered where it was - caught, behind him, on the leg side - the incompetent ump had already given him not out. That's when he walked.

I'm sure Greg Chappell is turning over in his grave at the very thought of it.
Best of luck Hydey.

You're jealous of his ears, he's jealous of your hair. That's fair.
