United Nations Wonder
I've got a topical question for today, I have captured the United Nations from other Civs a few times now, and have not been able to prompt a vote.

A vote has not been called prior to me taking the city.
Its usually a race i will sometimes build it first and sometimes ill lose the race,
But in true CIV diplomatic form i have a taskforce standing by to capture the enemy city if it beats me to it.

I have owned the wonder for the whole game and have usually killed off the nation that built it, but still no vote?? i mean i didn't even get a first resolution let alone a 2nd!.

Maybe they're angry. Changing form countries has a bad effect on the burocratics.

That never happened before with me... Maybe it only works with the civ which constructed it... or perhaps there are 3 civs which can be contesting the vote call? You and 2 more second places, with exact same numbers of population or cities...
