This sucks.
I'm not sure if you guys remember, but this happened to me too. Figu reporting that my troops where moving when Figu played his turn. And i can tell you that the brits would have been in a better shape in africa if that hadnt happened
Figu, you need to figure out what is causing this, because i dont want to repeat the same operation of moving my troops back into position again

The Reich strikes again!
Eastern Front: Kazan, Astrakhan and Ufa captured, Arkhangelsk and Orenburg will fall next month;
Western Front: All is quiet;
North Africa: The assault on Jerusalem has begun;
Atlantic: A British Destroyer was sunk off gibraltar by the U-657;
Germany offers an armistice to the Soviet Union: All the remaining cities west of the Urals (Orenburg, Arkhangelsk) shall be given to Germany. This would put an end to the war in the East.

D-Day:
After months of carefull preperation, Churchilll finally gave the order for a full scale invasion of France. The primary goal was to secure key ports and press inland if possible.
A massive British fleet started the attack with naval bombardment on Hamburg and Amsterdam. Since earlier commando raids had allready destroyed the coastal fortresses, the cities where extremely vulnerable to the massive force of the Rolyal Navy.
After a impressive show of force, backed by Royal Marines and the RAF, both cities where secured.
Once the two cities where taken, the invasion army was sent from Dover to the continent.
As soon as they had been unloaded British forces continues to press in land towards Brussels and Cologne. As expected both cities where heavly defended and it cost the lives of many British soldiers to capture the cities.
With the main part of the amy allready exausted, a probing attack was launched to test the German defenses of the cities further in land.
Supricingly, the cities had only a token defence (1 soldier in each city), and Battle Command ordered the use of the reserve to take as many cities as possible.
The result was the capture of Leipzig, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Munich, Nuremberg and Prague.
-In Africa, British forces have launched a counter attack on Suez.
-A British Cruiser on patrol have encountered what appears to be an entire Japanese Naval Taskforce east of Rockhampton. The Cruiser managed to sink a Japanese carrier before retreating. A Mosqito stationed in Brisbane was sent as well, resulting in the sinking of a Japanese Cruiser before running out of fuel.
-Ankara put under British controll.
-Japanese Cruiser sunk on the south tip of India.

Well, all it was, was a matter of time before SAS attacked and captured those cities from the Germans! Hopefully the Americans can help out in June. Well done again Stian.

After locking himself in his office and cursing for hours about German incompetence, Prime Minister Tojo ordered Japanese forces to take the battle to the enemy on all fronts, and divert as much resources away from our allies as possible. Despite great their great disappointments, without the lackluster Germans and Italians we'd be alone in this world.
Deathblow in India!
Imperial Marines cheer before Bombay's harbor.
The bulk of our grand offensive of course fell on the British, beginning with a massive amphibious assault on the western coast of India. The defenses of Bombay and Bangalore were pathetic, and both fell within days. At the same time our troops landed outside Bombay, a squadron of our vaunted Aichi D3A Vals took off from airbases in Calcutta, bound for Kanpur. Its planes were all shot down by stinging British anti-aircraft fire, but Zero fighters swooped in immediately after and finished off the AA positions, and promptly destroyed a division of Tetrarch light tanks. When Japanese troops took the city it was reduced to rubble, but they were able to continue on to Delhi along the Ganges River. We have ample air and ground forces to take Delhi next month regardless of its garrison's size, and Army intel reports that Nagpur is completely devoid of enemy troops, so ALL of India will be under Japanese control in a matter of weeks.
Invasion of Australia Begins!
Dozens of Val divebombers prepare to take off from the Kaga and rain death on the imperialist swine.
The Royal Navy's discovery of our task force en route to Australia has forced us to attack a month earlier than planned, meaning that our we could launch airstrikes but not land troops. This was no disappointment however, as our pilots had the pleasure of annihilating a massive ANZAC army in Rockhampton. Four infantry divisions, a division of A-9 Cruiser tankettes, and an artillery regiment were wiped out without a single Japanese loss. Troops will be able to land next month, and numerous capital ships are still en route for shore bombardments.
China Defeated
Japanese machinegunners fire on Kunming's defenders
before the Himalayan foothills.
After a minor artillery bombardment, the city of Kunming fell to Japanese troops, finally putting the entire Chinese heartland under our control. A small force has been devoted to a few Nationalist outposts in the western deserts and Himalayas, but otherwise we consider the long war with the gangster Chiang Kai-Shek to be over, and the now-massive Kwangtung Army has been relocated to an undisclosed location. Meanwhile, the Economic Ministry has released a report stating that full industrialization of occupied China will be complete before the first snow.

The Empire stroke back!
I had such a neat report written and then ... damn Microsoft Internet Explorer
Anyway, I will tell you now a bit shorter:
EUROPE - All the cities the British attempted to take and hold last month were retaken; heavy British casualties, no POWs.
EASTERN FRONT - The Wehrmacht storms into Asia! After the refusal of our generous armistice proposal German troops were ordered to advance again and took Sverdlovsk, Astrakhan which was commented with the words, 'the North Front is no longer existing.'
MIDDLE EAST - After a fierce and bloody battle the German Armeeabteilung Afrika (Field Marshal Rommel) managed to break through the Suez Perimeter, annihilating the entire (!) british 8th Army and capturing its commander, Gen. Montgomery and advanced quickly to secure Jerusalem where Rommel was named 'Sword of Islam'. Everybody, including Rommel, thought that the campaign was over now but he sent his Recon Troops eastwards through the desert. in a brilliant maneuver the 15th Panzer Division passed the defenders of Baghdad by and conquered the city from a different direction, catching its defenders completely by surprise. During the Battle of Baghdad Rommel´s armies linked up with the Troops of Field Marshal von Hoth´s Army Group Caucasus. Further advance is planned.
RASTENBURG - When the first words were spread in the Führerhauptquartier in East Prussia the Führer also prepared to hold a speech, broadcasted on the radio: 'Today our glorious and victorious troops again defeated our foes (...) The British Army is a valiant an honourable enemy but I think that the British would make an even better ally. I can say this from a position of strenght, not from a position of weakness. I am holding out my hand and I am offering peace to you and the British people. Europe has suffered more than necessary. I think there has been enough war. (...) Again, I am offering peace. The only thing I want is to restore German colonies in Africa. Not more, not less. I suggest you take the hand as long as it is possible. Think about that, Mr Churchill.
The Führer thanks and gratulates our glorious allies, the Empire of Japan, to its outstanding triumphes over our enemies. May the Tenno live for 10.000 years!
Btw, Allied POWs in the streets of German cities after the annihilation of the British Expeditionary Forces.

D-Day +30
Despite the losses incurred by the British forces after their D-Day landings last month, FDR and Winston Churchill both declared that the Nazi regime must be removed from the world. New landings took place in occupied this month by the GI's of the US Army. After fierce shore bombardments by the US Navy, the Army Air Force pounded the coastal cities of Brest and St. Nazaire.
After the heay bombing, the morale of the German Wermacht divisions defending these cities was at an all time low. US infantry was able to move in and secure these two very important coastal ports that were used to service the German U-Boats operating in the Atlantic.
As soon as the cities were occupied and considered safe, US Army Engineers began immediately disassembling Industrial Ports in both cities. Scrap metal returned from these 2 ports had an estimated value of around $360,000.
