Yeah, the medals are excellent, but as fairline says, what do we need to do in game to get them? Or will we simply *know* Such as destroying 3 Tiger's with some Red Infantry

Yes. The bits in italics are the actual real-world requirements for the medals and orders. The Marshal will adapt them for Civ use here and award various (still more unseen) to various peoples in the game. Kind of an incentive (however small ) to keep playing and keep participation up.
For instance there are plenty of service medals to be given for example if a non-playing member writes a good series of articles or somesuch. They needn't all be military.
-FMK.
PS, these medals are all in the process of being overhauled for better gfx representation, by Comrade Henrikov. You know who might be recieving their first service badge???

What's this? - All carrots and no stick?
FMK, you need to introduce some punishments - this is Stalin's USSR after all

Or perhaps the bit at the top of this thread is sufficient for now... as long as it's listed somewhere I don't mind.

Option #2-
They are in my uploads section of apolyton. The intention was, since they arent allowed in actualy 'signatures' (the poly type ones) that a player copy and paste the image location at the end of their posts. Sort of a homegrown signature. Same idea with the 'avatars'.
To make it easier on each person, they are free to DL them and upluad them to their own poly account such that the location address might be easily accessable.
I've got 20+ files in my uploads section for apolyton... all in total not more than 1MB so far. There's plenty of room here for this kind of stuff, no?
I dont like the Marshal icon because it doesnt seem to fit with the rest of them. continuity is what I was going for... Now perhaps I could take some new colours to the old Alex Marshal... I had removed the epaulettes and chest medals off of him to fashiopn a General unit for us. The other is quite obviously a Brit General.

So long as other people don't keep posting in the thread, this should be fine.
