-2 Economy (agricultural economy in the 21st century? Get outta here!)
+2 Morale (home of emotional politics)
-2 Research (schools and universities dangerously underfunded)

Well, I'm staying out of the argument...IIRC, I stated that I would not participate in any more CPA vs. anyone-else debates.
