He has not posted on Poly since June 27th. Time to retire his Civ or get a replacement in all his games. He dropped out once before without sending any emails or PM's to let us know. That is just plain rude to me.

No, that is not the intent GT. Welcome back! But a note to let us know you were away so we would know we could park it on the shelf for a bit would have been good. Or, we should have a general poly pbem rule - that if you are going to be away for awhile - have someone play your turns for you.
