RESOLUTION: Build a Road South-West of H Town
In order to accelerate the road buiding process, we have now 115 PW so we could start to build our roads right now. Even it is only one road tile.
The suggestion is to build a road South-West of H Town to reduce the distance between H Town and Graz.
So the options means:
Yes, has as consequence that we build a road South-West of H Town as illustrated by the red cross Southe-West of H Town in the Screenshot.
No, has as consequence we will not build a road South-West of H Town, a further consequence is that we won't build any roads this turn.
Abstain, means you have no idea to vote for.
This poll is open for three days. And is closed on 18-03-2003 22:47 GMT.
With the current number of members of the CTP2 DG civ group, this resolution is passed:
1. Once nine citiziens voted in this resolution and did not abstain.
2. There are more Yes votes then No-Votes
3. The resolution is closed

NO NO NO NO
Build one SOUTH of H Town. If you build to the South-west, you end up costing extra PW when trying to build a national road network.
If you build due south, you can use the same route from H Town to Pedrunnia, and Graz. If you build south-west, it only goes to Graz. Either square currently means 1 and 1/3 movement points between H Town and Graz, but building south-west will lengthen either the time or cost of getting to Pedrunnia.

I agree with IW, the national road network is important and we need to maximize its effectivness. South is a better spot for this road because of the reasons stated by IW
