OFFICIAL Poll: Where Settler #2 should be sent?
This Information Gathering poll will be closed Wednesday at 17:00 GMT.
Dear Lemurians,
Our great nation of Lemuria has produced two new settlers that are in charge of building two new great settlements that will further our civilization.
In this poll, the citizens are asked to vote on the location where should be sent our first settler named Settler #2 for the sake of this poll.
Site #1: choosing this option means you would like Settler #2 to found a new City in the location named site #1.
Site #2: choosing this option means you would like Settler #2 to found a new City in the location named site #2
Abstain: means you don't care or that you would prefer Settler #2 to be sent elsewhere (please express your arguments).

I voted site #1 but dont waste that potato, please! Either settle to have it inside our city boder or further to have another settler to settle in there. From both case i say settle inside our borders by moving the settler a bit souther from the tile you marked

Both sites suck eggs. I abstained and we should settle on top of that potato tile south of site #1.

I have to agree with the king of the Maqarena on this one ( sans any part that involves sucking eggs ). I haven’t looked into all the facts, but my first reaction is that the grassland due south of the potato seems like a pretty decent spot. Abstain.

I say we should go for site 1, everyone can see the German settler on the image and guess where it should go: Right to site 1 and grap our lands. So we have to fill the space before the Germans will do it.

I have proposed site #1 because Martin has exposed the idea in the Turn Chat for the reasons he has himself detailed which are good ones in my own opinion.
I have selected Site #2 because once again I don't see many sites where we can send our settlers.
Remember that this is an information gathering poll (as Settler #1) and that the idea is also to know if I would have overlooked some other sites or tiles near the sites that would appeal to more experienced players or players with a different conception of the game than me.

Find one that doesn't, or find a really attractive one, in the various areas related to these polls... and tell me!

Also agree with Maq. We basically have 1 Settler too many, there aren't any good sites available anymore (unless you count sites that are too far away to be realistic options). So just settle on/near the Potato site and don't build anymore Settlers for a while...

I think i would prefer a closer site - all the way out there is a bit vunarable and a real pain to build roads through the hills to connect it?
IMHO why not choose somewhere near either the 'Wheat' site between H-town and Pedrunnia ,or maybe in the 'gap' in our territory border near the potato between Granz and Pedrunnia - this site would also be useful for keeping an eye on the injuns to the south and the range of hills? OK these are close but they will be easy to defend and both seem good areas for potential growth+production?
