Help with Graphics.
Could I have some answers to some quickies please.
1) what programme/s do you use to open .tif and .rim files?
2) Anyone used Hypercam and can u give some quick pointers/instructions, recording during a game for example.
Thanks in anticipation.

you can use paint shop for the tif and I think you can get a rim convert off martins site( the maker of readzfs and tileedit) but if you are making the rims by using the zfs reader note you can select other file formats.

Thanks Big Mc.
Any ideas on Hypercam. I tried it but the hot key to activate the recorder is F2, the same hot key for city manager menu, so instead of activating hypecam, I just get the beg menu covering the screen.

You'll have to alt-tab out of the game, click "record" and then go back in. I suspect that it is possible to change the activation key as well, somewhere in the Hypercam settings menu, so you may want to try that, to a key that CtP2 doesn't use. I don't know whether this will work though, as Hypercam won't be "on top" when you press it.

You cab also find Martin's (the Dane) zfsviewer in the Apolyton Directory.

when I attempted to use hypercam I would minimise it mid game press the button and start the game up again. i always seamed to have problems with the unit being selected when it started to move.

Yeah the best way is to path it in advance, then end turn and it should auto move. Then you just have to ensure it on-screen as it moves.
