"A Soldiers Arms" by Lazerus and the gimp.
A truly remarkable piece of writing, well done Laz.

You won't die of modesty, now will you, SKI?
You are right though, Blessed be the Peacemakers is indeed a magnificent story. I'd like to second it, too.

Anyways, Is it possible to nominate the Julius Caeser play that vovan wrote or are plays taboo.

Yeah, I know what you did wrong.
You've just been screwing up all around on this thread haven't you
Didn't even give me credit for reminding you to keep your numbers in line.
It was nice to have a massive link to 'Peacemakers' though.

Not a very busy thread..... If I had more time I'd flood it with stories in a desperate attempt to win 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Takes long enough and I probably will, having Legacy finished soon and getting Indivisible or something up.

I would love to second Sheep's story, though I must have missed it, and I can't seem to find it now. Maybe if you posted a link, I could read and second it?

Thank you, SKI, Civ3King.
And SKI, go ahead and finish that story of yours. I'd love to see how the ending turns out, for one, and for another, it'd be fun, if our stories shared both the first and the second place. Then again, there is the story by Lazarus, which is definitely a great masterpiece that deserves appropriate recognition... This is going to be another tough one, I'm afraid.
And also, as far as Sheep's story goes. I've found the link and I generally agree with the comments in the thread. But since I know Sheep here has great potential, and to encourage him for more writing, which I, for one, would definitely like to see him do, I'll second The Life of a German Son.

Links approved thanks for submitting them-
I don't check the panel much except after FINALS since no one ever submits anything since it's creation in 2002- only myself, you and 1 other person have ever submitted any stories

It bears note here that I have edited 'Peacemakers' making it a far more solid piece of literature. The changes are not, in my mind, sufficient to require a resubmission, but they will certaintly put my mind at ease that I shall now know that my best was done.
Please take another look at it, it takes up 2 posts now, thanks to the smoothing of the conflict, and many of the problems I saw were fixed.
Thank you for your patience.

Thnx dex.
There are a lot of stories out there in the works, there'll be a tidal wave of nominations soon, as they finish.
I'd best Finish Legacy up so it can get in here

Il qui vit Combat is probably more than my feeble masterstroke can surpass.
It is truely a beautiful thing. Deserving a second most certainly.

I know that a third isn't required, but I would like to third Il Qui Vit Combat... I'm afraid this one is going to be a no-brainer. Once again, great job, Guitarist.
