I have civ3 PTW and want to get the latest patch. Which should i get?

The latest PTW patch is v1.21f, and it only works with the USA version of PTW. You can get it here:

Look for a link named "Civ3 Patch Center" in the right column.

Oops, I should read your post better.
Anyway, you don't want that patch if you don't have the US version of the game.

Look at what copy protection comes up when you start the game, that is the easiest way to tell. If it says Safedisk - Macrovision then you have a euro version and need the euro 1.14 patch.
