We have released DyP v1.50x for PtW. If you are using anything prior to this version then you are not playing with the latest and greatest DyP.

For those of you who like more techs, expect the DyP Teams Conquests mod, "Civ3: Rise and Rule (from the guys who brought you DyP)", to have 26 more techs, and to hit the beta testers in mid to late november.
