We´re providing over-flight and basing rights, and assistance with reconstruction efforts.
Edit: there´s also more protection now for US bases in Germany by our own soldiers.
There are are also some hundred soldiers in Kuwait with several "Fuchs" NBC Reconnaissance vehicles which examine the sites where Iraqi missiles go down to find out if their warheads carried bio- or chemical weapons.
