Judging by the comments above it hasn't yet reached all ports in that 2 years, but it is surprising to see the game being flogged at full price at this late date and with a sequel coming in the near future.

In Austria I found a new copy of GC in Media Markt for 9,99€. I guess you can get it in Germany, too.
In Germany you get a new copy from GC+AP at Ebay for 24,99 € inclusive shipping. Just search for "Brooklyn" in the games area. For other parts of Europe it is + 10 €.
