it isn't that hard to figure out unortho.
Only think I think that may be of contention is respawn or not - I say no so that if we kill them off early they stay dead.

Civ-Specific Abilties. Duh!
Culturaly linked Starts. Depending upon which civ group we're then this may result in similar appearences of specific units.
Respawn AI. If we kill an AI early, let's kill them again.
Preserve Random Seed. This should allow saves at the end of a turn that are viewed for enemy action to have the same things occur as the offical version.
Allow Cultural Conversions. It's marginal in effect anyway, just significant enough to give Civ III a distinct flavor from Civ II & SMAC.
No to accelerated production. Movement & worker improvements fall behind production which that on.

Keep voting please... the only two parameters in any doubt are Culturally linked starting locaations and Respawn AI. A few more days and this will wrap up.
