How do you get advance after combat?
Do you have to change your settings for that? Use the mouse?

Yes, if you attack using the mouse then the chance of advancing after combat depends on amount of movement left. I didn't know it until the Civ3 List was being discussed. Then I forgot until Taz' thread.

(using arrow keys) When you finish the attack, just try to advance. the percentages should be the same as if you had attacked using the mouse.
