Old question placed anew...
Did anyone ever come up with a way to have a penalty for resources in fungus?
What I mean is, that by the end of the game, fungus is nearly (if not) the best type of terrain their is. The faction I had thought about would have penalties (similar to dee's? nutrient bonus) that would make fungus worthless even at the end of the game.
If I remember right the faction had something to do with turning Planet into some sort of New Earth, literaly.
