do we really need a trade advisor this time if we can't make caravans? and imperial expansion has never done very much, perhaps roll it into the vp's job?

Good point, we dont build caravans this game 
Imperial expansion is always dificult, we could give it the VP or to the City Planner or just see if someone wants to run for it first.
Should we poll on this?

I agree that a Minister of Trade should not be needed in this game. And I always have felt suggesting places for new cities seemed a logical City-Planner function.

I propose that the nominations be closed Sunday morning and I will post 3-day election polls at that time (about 8 a.m. US EDT). That gives another day and a half for nominations.
Is that acceptable?
