Demogame #3 signup and citizen census
A new game needs a new memberlist since the old one is outdated by now.
Now I could just copy from the civgroup list but I'm not sure how many will be playing in the next game and who is just to lazy to remove the icon.

Considering that I'm playing in 4 succession games (and being lobbied to join a 5th), and on STAVKA in the RF game  , I think I'll refrain from running for anything here until a few of those other Poly commitments are fulfilled
