Is emule one of those, the more upload the better download type of programs?
Damn, that's very annoying when having capped UL/DL numbers..

So guys, what's your take on eMule/donkey vs dc/dc++ ? Which would you recommend, I do have DC++ now, but should I hop over to emule??

eDonkey does have a purpose. Some people set up special servers that only share particular files - like dap, and the dap server doesn't like eMule. That's the only thing I use eDonkey for though.
