Problem about the Foreign Advisor Window

im playing a game with 10 players, but the Foreign Advisor window only gave me 8 portraits of leaders, how do i access the other one that are not on there?

wrong game? civ2 only goes up to 7 players ...as far as I know...go to the Civ3 fora they'll be able to help you.
