Just as a matter of interest (from a concerned citizen), what is the constitutional basis for this decision? I do hope it was made by the full cabinet (including the President).

we have no constitution, only what we've done in the past. We had a similar case in the past when we had a tie for president between two human posters, so we had a run-off election, also a tie. so we had the cabinet members vote on it secretly and they finally selected a president. If it had been a tie, I believe that I was scheduled to flip a coin
