Maybe you should make a poll about this, because that would be more representative. I know we have an active strategy and Democracy Games communities, but I don't know if there are any hall of fames.
In the past, there have been "Game of the Month"s here on 'Poly too, but there aren't anymore, I don't know why.
Personally, I wouldn't be interested, because I never play above emperor difficulty, and often don't finish my games because of long waiting time between turns at the end of the game.
