Bingo. Well, now that you mention it, it might've had two, but that would be just plain silly.
I still want to know what the he11 he was laughing at - like he looks any better in a bikini than I do!

I can't believe you didn't choose one of the American History X fights. The boy was buff in those.

especially the intro scene. that one ruled, like when he kicks the door open, shoots the guy, shoots at the next guy, shoots at the third guy (does he get him? he's in the car after all), goes back to the second and does the precinct trick. has been done around this place since.

Kiss of the Dragon, penultimate (?) fight scene, Jet Li vs the twin guys, and he is vulnerable to just one move, and then he figures it out, and the other twin tries it, and he catches his feet and snaps his neck against the floor! Woo!

For me it's a tie:
(1) the bicycle chase/fight in Project A
(2) Nightcrawler trashing the White House in X-Men 2
(3) car chase in Matrix Reloaded

The fight at the end of the first Rocky.
I used to live in James Bay at the time while they were building the Hydro complex. The theater was full of workers when i saw the movie and they were all screaming: Come on! Give it to him! Kill him! etc...

In Tremors there is a hilarious scene where the survivalist couple take on a "worm" that has pentrated their underground bunker.

Hitchcock's 'Torn Curtain' - the best scene in the film, is the muted fight to the death in the farmhouse, between Paul Newman as Professor Michael Armstrong, and Gromek, his East German police shadow, played by Wolfgang Kieling. Death occurs by stabbing (the knife blade breaks off, leaving the handle embedded in the policeman), battery with a shovel blade, then asphyxiation with a gas oven (!). Hitchock's intention being apparently to show how difficult a 'spontaneous' murder is to carry out.
Mercedes McCambridge and Joan Crawford in 'Johnny Guitar'- saloon owner Vienna (Joan Crawford) is pitted against vigilante leader Emma Small, played by Mercedes McCambridge- an extra frisson is added to their conflict by the knowledge that the enmity between the characters on screen was carried over into real life anatgonism between the two women.

It's difficult to single out a scene as the best fight scene in this film- the whole film is a struggle between the two women protagonists.
