Well you funny furriners should know that your names aren't really cooking when we look at it. They can mean something kinky. Taisto is perfectly good name! Like for example George is Yrjö, and that means puke. Nice one to give your child aye?
Traditional boys names:
Pekka (Go Pekkaaaaa! to help you, it's like rebecca, but leave the re out of it and replace b with p, alexanders horse you are not aloud to say anything right now ).
.. can't think of anything else, it rules.
traditional girls names:
Erika
Erin
Kivenpyörittäjä
Marianne
Then foreign boys names:
Pekka (Go Pekkaaaaa!)
Foreign girls names:
Bianca
Celeste
Jenna
Brianna
Veronica
Sarah
.. and all other porn star names.

My niece's name is Morgan Alexandra
I think it's a good name for a girl. My wives name is Jamie (which can be a guys name) her sister, however, is Shawn... odd.
My uncle wanted to name his son Buck, but that got shot down... 28 years later, everyone calls him Buck. My uncle... we call him Buzz. And, his dad, we call him Toots. I got a wierd familly.

I've always thought of naming my future son Lenin, though I would probably be brave enough only to use it as a middle name.
Girls names:
Jennifer (the name may not sound that great but almost every girl I've ever seen named Jennifer has been hot)
Alanis (Morisette's parents did a good job trying to modify Ellen)
Mary
Elizabeth
Faith
Jody
Jill
Judy (I like J's, those girls are always hot)

Hopefully our kids don't fight .

So true, so true.
My daughter will not be a Jennifer. I know too many Jennifers.

Reagan MacNeil was the name of the 12 year old girl in the book/movie The Exorcist. Her mothers name was Chris (in the book it was), so maybe Blatty (the author) dug women with male names or something.

My parents considered naming me 'Rhett'.
Friend of mine was almost a 'Lek'.
Know someone who is a 'Zander' and a 'Hrothgar'(in Montana, no less!)
Also, which spelling do you prefer: Elisha, or Elishia?

Naming a girl Anisette should be a crime.
Why not just cut to the chase and call her Sphinctera?

You forgot George!
Any name that can be sung sounds good, Maria, Aria, what have you.
Urho, Taisto,..
How about Morgana? (Le Fay...)
And one of my all time favourites is Yoko.
Nipponese names usually sound nice...

All I can say is that I am glad I was not born about this time.
Maxwell for a boy,
Moira for a girl.
As for the lists already cited, I'd take:
Thomas (Zopperoni)
Jacob (cinch)
Isabella (Monkspider)
Maria (Stefu)
Elara (BC)
Sarah (Pekka)
Emily (Asher)

These always remind me of Homer Simpsons ranting about how the gays "have taken over manly names like Bruce, Lance and Julian".

I also like the name Portia, but that name would probably only be used as a middle name.
