Well, I'll be mildly happy. But not really, really happy.
Hmmm... "Meesa Arms hurty hurty". Yep, only mildly happy at the thought of that.

We need a gathering of those with Star Wars avatars and/or logins.
I too humbly request the tragic death of Jar-Jar at the hands of the foul fiend, Chewbacca.

I don't know what everyone has against Jar-Jar.
This is pretty good news though, now they had better just bring back Tarkin. "doitnow!:

a cgi Chewie would be a shame. Why doesn't Lucas make the entire movie CGI and be done with it?

yup. But in Episode IV, wasn't the disbanding of the senate just a "formality" of solidifying the might of the Emperor?
on the blood-bath. I wanna see Vader kill off the jedi council.

True pure communism is not workable in todays world because humans simply have not advanced to the point where they could accept it yet.
Therefore, you are saying that in Star Trek humans HAVE evolved to that point Therefore it is a pro-star trek avatar.

It wouldn't surprise me if a young Tarkin somehow makes it into Ep III.
And hopefully it won't be a cuddly baby Chewie...

Let's try an exercise in logic, shall we?
Lucas has contracted the guy in the Cheiw suit to play Chewie again.
The Only thing the Guy in the Chewie suit did was...e in the Chewie suit (didn't make noises).
Therefore, Chewie will be an adult and in the suit.

Now if I remember correctly, Sava used to have a Boba Fett avatar.
I'm not really looking forward to battling Vader, since after I lose, I have to go sit in a cave in Tatooine.

Lose? You sent him spiraling into a vat of molten metal from which he only survived by the skin of his teeth, I'd say that you had the better end of that fight.

The Imperial Senate is disbanded in EP4, so the Empire already exists at that point.

well, in that case, it's good. but, unlike a great number of people, i'm not eagerly awaiting the next star wars so much.
meaning, when it comes out in the theatres, i'll see it, just not opening day--or even opening weekend.
meaning, i don't check the news stories on the official sw or fan sites, nor do i feel a particular need to.
meaning, i was only speculating from common knowledge, as in the last two major alien characters, yoda and jar jar, were either completely cg or heavily cg. extrapolating from that partial information leads to the logical conclusion that lucas might indeed try to make chewie cg.
i stand corrected, but there's no reason to be snarfy about it.

He's the guy in Episode IV that gives the order to destroy the evil rebel planet Alderaan. He's also the one who brings law and order in the movie via the Death Star.
