From New Marijuania, we report a successful test of the lightening power generator. After 5 stimulated discharges, we captured energy from 3 of them, while the other two burned out the equipment. Modifications are in progress. The viability of this technology is currently being examined in the light of these and future tests. If successful, New Marijuania intends to use this tech in conjunction with nuclear fusion for power generation. We can ship this power overseas if there is a market for cheap electricity

Noosland Central Hospital today successfully completed a heart transplant operation with a heart grown from stem cells. The volunteer will be closely observed for the next 3 years to evaluate the results of this operation.

Scientists at the Vervunhive Institute for Genetic Research anounced yeasterday that they are in the final stages of a project to revive the feather-bellied Snowy Owl, which has beene xtinct from the region for over a hundred years. Officials at the Ferrozoican Science Ministry later confirmed reports that the Ministry, on orders from the Eutive Council in Centralis, had approved a large government grant to help accelerate the project. Project leader Fleur Winters predicted that the project would be complete within a few weeks, a month at most.

The VIGR issued a press relase last night proclaiming success in the project to revive the feath-bellied Snowy Owl. Under the Biotechnology Regulation Act passed last year, the Ferrozoican government has taken possession of the new technology and paid the scientists responsible handsomely for their efforts.

Meanwhile, the CPRI has begun efforts to apply the new technology to the revival of the feather-bellied Snowy Owl within Centralis itself.

Paleontologists has found a feathered dinosaur, and is off late JURASSIC age, making it the oldest non-bird Dromaeosaur (Raptor) ever found.
