Aaah. So that's why we see 'Dr. Spike' post in the Multiplayer section even though he does not play multiplayer civ.

I have played more MP civ than you will ever play. The threads I respond to are usually of a strategic (or amusing) nature, and so all comments are welcomed from anyone who knows the game. Perhaps that why we don't see you post there.

Not difficult because I do not have home internet access. I post off uni computers.

Including such gems as:
"It seems once one foot is placed on the slippery slope of spam that the rest of the body soon follows.
This one did last a while though."
After warz's insightful comment:
"after that cycle goes at least twice thru, the good doctor and the troll are likely to show up, along with other peeps whom can't figure out why a thread like this exists (+1)"

Anyhow, did I not employ the smilie? I knew you were only joking about being Ming's DL.

Lol, that thread did lose its way a little, though not due to me I would add.
The first thread you linked to contains some good practical thoughts from myself and other posters. Your comments were interesting, but not practically useful IMO.

Perhaps my comments were simply too advanced

Well I'm sure if you were willing to spend the time to set up your idea every week for the guys it is in principle workable. But no-one in their right mind would.

Hmm, when exactly was this? I remember witnessing some poll mess with lots of nonsensical polls and bannings, but was this one I witnessed another, separate event, not this Pollgate? And if so, what was this later incident called then? I remember from the poll event I was involved in that faded glory had the nick Saddam and that JohnT and I tried to post ante deletia in all of the polls.
It's just that I remember the banana being popular *before* that event...

If you use many computers, there is a large chance that at least one of them has MS paint installed.

Thanks for the "noprize", badams. The funny thing is that I noticed the galley sinking when I was using my computer at work, and over there Opera do not display correctly the gif animations, you have to scroll up and down but they are played in slow motion. I think I was lucky to see the moment in which it sank, otherwise, I would have spent the whole afternoon looking at your avatar!
But since I was the first to threadjack, lemme put the thread back on the trails: I think that no one knows exactly when the banana thing began. At least not precisely.

That's great, it gives the banana a mythical condition.
Anyway this thread has become the Banana Holy Temple.

Hmm...
Or you could download the animated GIF file and open it in an editor.

I have an ancient Win95 system, and M$ Paint didn't do gifs. I have 2 other editors, and both are limited to static gifs.
