ok, i think this is the last settings poll we need. i'm just redoing all the links i found in the FAQ thread

Steal research: YES!!! That way human players are better motivated not to let Miriam conquer a newly built base. 
Don´t restart eliminated Players! The price of conquering is having the opponent´s leader in your "chamber of pain" 
And yes: You should know what you´re researching at the moment.

Actually, that would be very unfair towards the Cybernetic Consciousness, who would then loose one of their faction advantages. And IMHO, the Consciousness already is the weakest of the four human factions.

I wholeheartedly agree with Maniac on this one... voted no on it myself. If the Consciousness wasn't going to be one of the human factions I'd be fine with it, but since they are a human faction, we shouldn't do it.
