Can someone tell me where to d/l the Spartan Chronicles factions Velociryx made?

Surely some kind person knows where I can find that of which I so desperately seek.

I presume you mean The Circle of Ashaandi et al.

I had them for a while on my last PC, but didn't carry them thru to my new rig.

To my knowledge, they were never filed with Aployton, so your best bet is to e-mail Vel (Quazimojo1@aol.com) and hope he responds.
