I will add more information+screenshots later.
How to Download:
If you already have version 0.07 you dont need to download the file called MEM Download 2. If you dont have version 0.07 installed you need to download both files.
v0.04 was removed after 126 downloads.
v0.05 was removed after 448 downloads.
v0.06 was removed after 2482 downloads.
v0.07 was removed after 2689 downloads.
MEM Download 1
MEM Download 2
If you want to download MEM Download 2 in smaller parts, follow this link.
http://forums.civfanatics.com/showth...86#post1099386
Some info: This is version 0.0 of the mod, the first three were never postet to the public. The tech tree has been changed, and new icons have been added, thanks to BeBro, who made many of them. There are 31civs to play.
Civ list:
Tuscany
Poland
Byzantine Empire
Caliphate of Cordova
Holy Roman Empire
Kievan Rus
Kingdom of Jerusalem
Aragon
Hungary
France
Saracens
Sassanids
Sweden
Bohemia
Kingdom of Sicily
England
The Golden Horde
Castille
Denmark-Norway
Turks
Scotland
Abbasid Caliphate
Burgundy
Venetia
Teotonic Order
Almohads
Novgorod
Armenia
Portugal
Bulgaria
Lithuania
All of the civs have two UU´s, the ones that dont will get some in the later versions. The Civiliopedia has not yet been completet, but the most important chapters have been done. There are three bix files in the download, the first is a map with adaptet rules, the second are the mod that uses a default map and the third is a map of northern Europe.
How to install:
When you download the mod you will get a bix file and two folders called Medieval Europe(you only get this file if you font have v0.07 installed already) and MEM. The bix file and the folder shall be unzipped into the Civilization/Civ3PTW/Scenarios folder. Do not open the Medieval Europe folder and try to install the files seperetly.
If you would like to help with the creation of the mod, then please contact me in a pm or a post in this thread

Yes the camel is very big, i hope someone will make a scrunked version soon. The AOE units have been downloadeble for ages, without Microsoft did anything, i doubt they will now. Also they have no reason to it, because they wont loose anything because of this. Hope that answer your questions

caliban: this is a mod, not a scenario. so if i'm not completely wrong, it's the new units+rules+icons without a specific map.

There are two versions in the download, one that generates a cutom map, and one that has a clean map of Europe, as sabrewolf said, its not a scenario so there are no citties placed. I do plan however to make a scenario based on the mod, sometime in the future

Im not sure if this was a mistake or wutever, but it seems that the AI is dieing off from lack of food... to the point that even their capital is destroyed. I changed the food consumed per citizen to 2 and it fixed this problem. Just wanted to make a comment.
[edit: the food consumed per citizen before was 4]

Permission?
I'm just wondering if I can use some of these graphics temporarily in my fantasy Mod, just until I get my own done?

oh, well I dont know if I will use any, but If I do, I wanted to know if its ok... and I dont know what I would use at this stage, so if there are any specific ones you DONT want me to use, say so....
p.s. Any graphics I use will be temporary, so I'm not asking to permanently use them.
Thanks

Well, I changed Castille to Spain, Tuscany to the Papacy, Burgundy to the "Kingdom of Italy", and Aragon to Lithuania. I also changed some leader names and city lists. Don't worry though, it only takes me 5 or 10 minutes

Great scenario! I'm a big medieval fan myself and will not miss to play it. One remark I have, from the game setup. There was no Emperor Basileios II in Byzantium. Basileus is a title, not a name, it means King, plain and simple. There were lots of Byzantine rulers calling themselves Basileus, like Konstantin, Andronikos, Isaakios (all of them with numbers I II III etc.) and others.
