3450BC Culture radius expands and we sight a hut NW NW N of Asgard - hope we can get it before the Iroqs do...

Aro - we discovered the Iroquois, but that is all about it. Poped a 3rd goody hut, and it was the 3rd one that was empty. Either we have rotten luck.... or the map makers are playing a good joke on us.

A stack of Zulu warriors just appeared at our eastern doorstep. We've voted to continue the chat for now... nothing to do now except dig in.

Oh, I think this is the last chat. I think we are dead. Zulu on the east, ottomans on the west, and both marching toward us.

Well, the screenshot says it all really. We are not at war with any of these guys. To our East you see the Ottoman stack of 3 Warriors, 2 Spears (1 more Warrior and 2 Spears behind somehwere). On the Mts to our NE you see 5 Zulu Warriors, and to our East under them are the Celts with 2 Archers and 4 Warriors... I feel sick...

We survived the initial onslaught of the ottomans. The celts are moving to our south. The zulu to our north. We ended the chat and are thankful to be alive.

Togas seemed quite worried in the chat. Remember they made the map for 16 civs but then 24 civs was what we voted in, so 8 civs had to be crammed in where there were none before. Perhaps it is this circumstance that is to blame.

Note that the mapmakers do not have any influence on the contents of goody huts.
That is just =bad= luck.
