Dumbasses dropping debris on the freeways

One time I was at home depo and there were mexicans(i think they were, since this is california and they were construction workers), and they overload their truck with bricks and iron rods to put into the center of them. One of the tires was low on air, and the whole truck looked like it was not going to make it very far with out something coming apart, but I left before they did so I dont know what happen, but I can only imagine.
