"5.1.10.10 The Repeated Phase Cloaking Bug
Unfortunately the Phasing Cloak works ten turns PER USE before turning into
a stealth cloak. That means that as soon as you turn it off it resets the
counter to 0 and you're good for another ten turns."

About a month ago I bought MOO3 and had MOO2 thrown in for free. I installed MOO3, downloaded the patches, and played several games, one of them to the end (when someone else won a senate victory). I was less than impressed.

A friend of mine suggested I load MOO2. So last night I did, downloaded the patch and The General's strategy guide, and started playing. I haven't enjoyed a game this much since SMAC. MOO2 is definitely a keeper. MOO3 definitely is not.

I think I will have to agree with you on that. Next look at Moo1 and you can get it free. I have kept it 10 years.
