HELP: Changing Victory Condition and Time Limits

Is it possible to change the Victory Conditions (I want to remove the Diplomatic Victory) and the Time Limits (I want to increase the number of turns) in a PTW 1.21 LAN game in progress???

I don't think it is popssible in a game in progress. I assume you can only do it in the game-configuration screen, just like a SP game.

However, I'm not a MP wiz, so I may be wrong.
