To me 3 wins from 300 means 3 wins out of 300 games. I remember thinking it was hardly something to brag about, whatever it refers to.

Gee I don't remember what some of the none-classical looks look like after industrialization, since in SP games, the AI never seems to get there.

Most MP games don't get there either.
